Recently I focus on Network Virtualization and I decided to take VCP-NV exam. Fortunately I passed! As VMware says: The VCP-NV certification validates ability to install, configure, and administer NSX virtual networking implementations, regardless of the underlying physical architecture. With the knowledge validated by the VCP-NV certification, you will be prepared to install and administer architectures ranging from basic to advanced implementations.
The exam is not hard and consists of 120 questions and a short pre-exam survey consisting of 8 questions. and as not-native english speaker, 150 minutes exam time. The passing score for this exam is 300, using a scaled scoring method. The scale is from 100-500.
The VCP-NV certification is a requirement for several certification tracks, including the VMware Certified Implementation Expert–Network Virtualization (VCIX-NV)and the VMware Certified Design Expert–Network Virtualization (VCDX-NV).
During the preparation I have done some NSX installations and configurations (I've been preparing to achieve VCIX-NV which is an advanced exam). I studied all objectives covered in this https://mylearn.vmware.com/lcms/web/portals/certification/VCP_Blueprints/VCP-NV-Exam-Blueprint-v1_2.pdf.
