FTF 002: vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) fails - ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint pk_vpx_guest_disk

Today I was informed that there were some logging problems to vCenter Server (VCSA). I did a short investigation via SSH and check if all required services are running and I found out that vpxd is down.
